During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company obtained approximately 45%, 32% and 11% of its total revenue from its ceramic multi-layer chip capacitor, chip resistor and magnetic substance businesses, respectively. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including rest Asia, Europe and the Americas. In 2006, the Company obtained 51%, 24% and 19% of its total revenue from rest of Asia, Taiwan and Europe, respectively. As of December 31,2006, the Company had 12 wholly owned subsidiaries.
