Skyworks Solutions Inc. BDS/GPS/GNSS LNAs and FEMs feature two new low noise amplifiers and two new LNA front end modules for use in the GPS/GNSS/BDS market. The amplifiers have excellent gain, low noise figures and a high 1dB compression point (IP1dB). All are surface mount for easy assembly and a small footprint for a low cost solution.
