MLCCs suit onboard aircraft systems

Designed for use in avionics and onboard aircraft systems, a line of MLCCs is rated for operation at 115 Vac 400 Hz, and voltages/frequency transients specified in MIL-STD-704. The capacitors come in either X7R or ultrastable C0G dielectrics, with capacitance values from 4.7 nF to 100 nF and 330 pF to 15 nF, respectively, and have a 25C rise with neutral mounting at room temperature.

The devices are available in package sizes from 0805 to 2220, depending on capcitance and offer termination options that include a nickel barrier for RoHS compliance. (From $0.025 each – 7 weeks ARO.)
