Seoul Semiconductor Acriche2 AC LED Modules are designed for AC drive (or operation) applications and do not need a converter, which is essential for conventional general lighting. These LED modules also have a high power factor that can provide the best energy saving effect in many lighting applications. As there is no need of a converter, the Acriche2 series can offer a lifetime close to the original LED and makes better use of space in many applications. Seoul Semiconductor Acriche2 AC LED Modules have a 90% increase in power efficiency, provided by improving the power factor up to 97% compared to the previous version of Acriche. In addition, the THD has been lowered by more than 25% to comply with the requirement of each country including DOE and others. Through cutting-edge IC technology, these lighting modules can be plugged directly into the wall without considering any electrical conditions. The Acriche2 series is ideal for designing warm white LED lamps that compete with the standard light bulb.
